Welcome to Pembrokeshire based Cakes By Karlos & Co., a unique cake design company that offers a complete bespoke service, producing high quality hand crafted cakes to order, supplying mainly to West Wales but also South Wales if we can Set up and run by Karl Jones-Hughes who has honed his patisserie skills during his time as Pastry Chef with The Welsh National Culinary Team and was previously the Executive Pastry Chef at the 5* Celtic Manor Resort, we can offer a wide spectrum of designs from cutting edge & contemprary to elegant & traditional The never ending choice does'nt stop with the decoration, we can create any ( well almost any ) cake you would like, from our rich and mature fruit cakes, to chocolate, carrot, lemon, fudge,etc etc Please click on any of the menu options on the left to browse through our showcase of cakes we have recently made, wedding cakes range from small and strightfoward, to seven tier creations, some are tradionally decorated, others finished in chocolate, there is a wide selection to suit all tastes.
